Refund and Revisions Policy

In short

• Wherever you live, the mandatory consumer rights of your own country apply on top of this policy and are not reduced by it.
• Cancel before drawing starts — full refund.
• EU/UK consumers: 14-day withdrawal right; work starts early only at your express request. Withdraw mid-work — refund minus a proportionate amount for what was actually supplied to you.
• Fully completed commissions and delivered files — no withdrawal; your tier's refinement rounds exist so you approve before delivery.
• Personalised physical items (your print or Framed Edition) are made to order and not returnable — damaged or defective ones are replaced free within 14 days of delivery.
• If we can't begin within 21 days of your confirmed start window — full refund at your choice.
• If your final files are not delivered within 90 days of your payment clearing, you may cancel and take a full refund.
• Refunds are paid within 14 days, by the same method you paid with, at no charge to you.

Revisions

The Seal includes three refinement rounds, and The Chronicle and The Observer five each, all within the scope of your original brief. Where one order covers several crests, every crest carries its own rounds.

Model withdrawal form

You do not have to use this form — any clear statement will do — but if you prefer, copy it into an email to imobservercompany@gmail.com or post it to our address in the Terms. "To IM Observer, [full legal name], Individual Entrepreneur, [postal address], Ukraine: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following commission [describe it]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name of consumer. Address of consumer. Signature (only if sent on paper). Date."
