Refund & Revisions Policy

Every crest is custom-made for one person and one car, so this policy is built around getting it right rather than sending it back.

In short

• Changed your mind before we start drawing? Full refund of anything paid.
• Once your crest is being drawn, the fee isn't refundable — but we revise until you're happy with it.
• Delivered digital files can't be refunded (they're made just for you) — that's why we revise first, until you approve.
• Prints are made to order, so they're not returnable — unless one arrives damaged or defective, in which case we replace it.

Revisions

Your commission includes revisions within the scope of your original brief. We keep refining the crest with you until you're satisfied before final delivery. Brand-new directions that go beyond the original brief may be quoted as additional work.

Damaged prints

If you order a physical print and it arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.

Your statutory rights

Where mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights for custom or personalised goods, those rights are not affected by this policy.
