How payment works
A single crest can be paid by card on the secure payment page of our payment provider, Contra, straight after you send your brief: your card details go to Contra and its payment processor and never reach this site, and any card processing fee is shown on that page before you confirm. Orders for two or more crests, gifts whose recipient writes the brief, and orders with an add-on such as The Drive are invoiced instead: you send your details and your brief, we write to you to agree how you would like to pay, and the invoice follows by email. The prices on the site are the prices of the crest; anything a particular payment method adds is shown or agreed before you pay, never after. A contract is formed when your payment clears. The bank details above are the seller's registered details, given here because the law requires them — please do not send a transfer to them without agreeing it with us first.
Complaints
Write to imobservercompany@gmail.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days and give a substantive reply within 14 days. The full procedure, and your statutory rights, are in the Terms and the Refund policy.
