This policy explains what we collect when you join the Owner's Commission list, and what we do with it. We keep it short and honest.

We process this on the basis of your consent, in order to tell you when the Owner's Commission opens, share the founding price with the list before any public announcement, and prepare your commission.
We email you only about the Owner's Commission and IM Observer. We never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for their marketing.
Your details are stored privately using business tools (Google Workspace / Google Sheets) and are accessible only to the people running the Commission. These providers act as processors on our behalf and may store data on servers in other countries, under appropriate safeguards.
Until you ask us to remove it, or until the project ends and the list is no longer needed.
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can write to imobservercompany@gmail.com. We will not make withdrawing consent difficult.
This service is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; the current version is dated above.
